This intimate wedding in Italy made the last year is the correct excuse to come back to the blog and write more about what it means to me currently doing this work.
In these years I have worked a lot; I lived every wedding story as a succession of moments according to a defined timeline.
The day is a great succession of visions and I found myself guided by my interest in light as well as in the characters of this important day.
After the wedding day I usually analyze the work that I did and I usually start one of the most critical phases: the selection.
Intentions are what guides and define my storytelling and the selection is the phase in which I’m in touch with my intentions.. That’s it.
Intentions of my images
Is about coming back to that day and recognize my thoughts, my visions. I like to provide to my clients every part that for me, currently, give shape to a story including a definition of the main characters as well as the spontaneus moments that can give consistancy to a story.
As a storyteller my intentions guide my shoots in order to give a full experience to the bride and the groom. It is always challenging, It is always exciting.
What I like the most is look after time to the images and sum up the day.
Even with this Intimate wedding in Italy I decided to sum up what I did to give a short impression of the day and to come back to some highlights, crucial images that have made this work so special.
Hope you will like this and the story behind these pictures. I wanted to capture the silence of the old house and some moments of the evening in which i found a lot of lovely scenes. That evening children were dancing while they were trying to emulate the spouses, people were laughting happy and guests found for themselfes some precious moments of intimacy. I have chosen the black and white to enphatize the mood of that evening with precious candid moments.
