Photographing weddings: telling stories without words // “No Words” galleries
Telling a story by images is the base of my work. Telling a wedding is complex, fascinating and very engaging, that’s why i love to do it.
The beauty of tell by images it’s the idea to do it without words and, as usually is said “ a picture is worth a thousand words” .
A Wedding, due to its complexity, is made by different moments punctuated during the day.
“No Words” galleries
In these years I had the privilege to tell a lot of stories and, looking back, i wanted to find a different way to tell what I’m doing.
Many time I found myself looking at the beauty of the reality of a feeling that is about to reveal itself in a day, like the wedding day, out of everyday life.
A day to remember where the images will be the keepers of memories.
No words but only images to keep the memory alive.
Galleries // Moments of a long day
In these galleries you will find my work punctuated by the moments of the day.
As a wedding photographer during the wedding day there are a lot of moments in which i found myself involved. Reportage, portraits, details and a focus on the characters of that day.
That’s why you are going to see my work splitted in these galleries called “No Words”.
This first gallery is about the main characters of the wedding day, the bride and the groom, because there’s no story without them.
Between the pictures of reportage, of ceremony of action I always love to do this pictures because I’m in front of the couple and I’m going to tell about them. Only them.
Nothing more than some minutes away from the party to recover the profound sense of the couple of being together in those places chosen with attention, in that timeless day.
